Sessions typically last 50–60 minutes. This gives us enough time to explore your concerns while keeping the conversation focused and productive.
There is no fixed timeline because everyone’s journey is unique. Some people find clarity in just a few sessions, while others prefer longer-term support. Short-term models like CBT may run for 6–12 sessions, while relationship or personal growth counselling can be more open-ended. We will review your progress together to decide what works best for you.
Yes. Everything you share in counselling and therapy is treated with the utmost confidentiality. The only exceptions are rare situations where there is a risk of harm to yourself or others, as required by professional ethics and the law.

Our first session is about getting to know you, your background, goals, and what brought you to counselling. It is also a chance for you to ask questions and see if you feel comfortable with me. From there, we will outline the best way forward together.
